Paducah, KY – Paducah Public Schools will provide free breakfast and lunch for all students for the current school year. Food service officials keep tally of the number of students who eat for free and send in forms to state officials for reimbursement on a monthly basis. The program works under Provision Two with the National School Lunch Act. Students must purchase additional servings a la carte, which could produce more revenue for schools. The program looks to benefit 2,900 children.
