Paducah, KY – Fall enrollment numbers for Kentucky Community and Technical Colleges in the area are up since last year. West Kentucky Community and Technical College in Paducah reports an increase of 10 percent from last fall's enrollment. The number of minority students seeking a degree also jumped 21 percent from this time last year. Hopkinsville Community College is up just over 8 percent from last year and expects more as registration continues until August 16th.
