Kentucky – Communities across the commonwealth can be eligible for a portion of $43 million in low-interest loans earmarked for clean drinking water projects. The funds, offered through the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, are aimed toward efforts to protect or improve water quality. Construction loans can be repaid over a 20-year period. The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority has made the intended use plan available on its website through September 7. Public comments are required to finalize the plan.
