Paducah, KY – Property values in McCracken County are up over last year despite a downturn economy and drops in key commercial valuations. The slight overall increase is powered by a rise of residential and farm property values, up some $48 million over last year. The Paducah Sun reports this year's $11 million drop in commercial property values is the first in a decade.
