Clarksville, TN – As many as 700 workers in Clarksville will be out of a job after the Quad/Graphics printing plant announced it will close in November. The plant's closure is among four others across the country in what the company says is a move to eliminate overlaps in its business. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports the closure is the second-largest single job reduction in the city's history, behind the closure of the Acme Boot factory in the 90s. Quad/Graphics plans to assist employees with resume writing.
