Ledbetter, KY – The former pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Ledbetter is in jail on theft charges. Kentucky State Police arrested 45-year-old Richard Webb after a church trustee accused him of racking up over $10,000 on the church's credit cards in non-church-related expenses. The church dismissed Webb as pastor amid the investigation, which alleges he improperly used the church's money over a three-year period.
