Paris, TN – In northwest Tennessee, sixty-one people are under arrest for felony drug charges following a year-long undercover investigation. Police conducted a raid in Henry and Carroll counties yesterday. Around half were arraigned today in Henry County Circuit Court. The Henry County Sheriff's Department conducted the investigation. Sheriff Monte Belew tells the Paris Post-Intelligencer investigators continue to search for the drug suppliers. Members of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and other state agents assisted in the investigation.
