Metropolis, IL – A Metropolis man wanted on child sex charges has made Fox Network's America's Most Wanted list. 36-year-old Monty Englehart has avoided police for about two years. He's wanted on charges of predatory sexual assault on a child, aggravated sexual abuse, four counts of child pornography and not registering as a sex offender.
