Cairo, IL – Cairo Police have identified a missing swimmer as Eli Culp of North Carolina. 20-year-old Culp went missing around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Search teams continue to look for Culp's body at the convergence of the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers in southern Illinois. The Cairo Fire Department and Coast Guard are helping with the search.
