Paducah, KY – As liquidators begin allowing the public to buy the contents of Paducah's Executive Inn Thursday, they'll first need to secure an occupancy permit. Paducah Building Inspector Joel Scarbrough yesterday found safety violations which need to be corrected before he issues a temporary permit. The sale is planned to be held in a limited section of the hotel, nearby where the restaurant and retail shops were located. Everything from the furnishings to restaurant equipment has a price tag and will be sold as is. Liquidators plan to limit the number of customers allowed inside at one time to no more than 400. The Paducah Sun reports the sale will continue seven days a week until early October.
