Mayfield, KY – A judge is expected to review a Mayfield murder defendant's police file after ruling his defense attorney may be entitled to additional information. Graves Circuit Judge Tim Stark yesterday ruled Tony Green's defense attorney should have access to 49-year-old Delilah Blair's complete autopsy file and police interview recordings. Green's defense attorney filed a motion questioning the credibility of both DNA evidence and testimony from Green's former cellmate. It also requested to clarify Blair's cause of death, citing a toxicology report which suggests she overdosed on cocaine. The Paducah Sun reports the case against Green could be lacking after some evidence was destroyed when the City Hall roof leaked on a detective's computer. Police accuse Green of strangling Blair, who was found dead in her apartment almost two years ago.
