Cadiz, KY – A Cadiz man is in police custody on charges he sent electronic messages to a female minor in an attempt to commit a sexual offense. 38-year-old David Thomas faces two felony counts for allegedly sending the messages. Kentucky State Police officers arrested Thomas after the juvenile's mother intercepted and became suspicious of the messages sent to her daughter.
