Murray, KY – The parking dispute between Murray's Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and the investment group trying to build a new Zaxby's restaurant nearby will be in Calloway Circuit Court today. The dispute stems from a Cracker Barrel lawsuit citing irreparable harm to its business claiming Zaxby's will be using its parking space, blocking its visibility and creating a safety concern for its customers and employees. Gary Waller Investments counter-sued demanding Cracker Barrel prove its claim. The Murray Ledger reports Cracker Barrel officials say they have parking rights at the lot, but Waller argues the company only has "non-exclusive" rights to use the lot.
