Fulton, KY – Kentucky State Police and area law enforcement are searching for an escaped inmate from the Fulton County Jail. Police say Christopher Roper of Paducah escaped yesterday morning. He's described as six-foot, 200-pound white male with a shaved head and goatee last seen wearing a white t-shirt and orange pants. Roper was incarcerated on burglary and theft charges and is known to have ties in the Paducah and Mayfield areas. Anyone with information should contact their local authorities.
