Paducah, KY – Paducah-based Falconite Development will soon spend $21 million to build 186 upscale apartments near Kentucky Oaks Mall and Kmart. The group expects to break ground in two weeks, beginning with a $12.5 million Town Center off Bleich Road behind C-Plant Federal Credit Union. The Paducah Sun reports the seven-acre project's first three phases should be complete by next summer. Falconite plans to start construction on a 136-unit Cypress Lake Community apartment complex off James-Sanders Boulevard soon after the Lone Oak project begins.
