Clarksville, TN – Clarksville utility CDE Lightband says area customers will see a monthly rate increase on their bills to cover the cost of adding more digital channels to its cable TV lineup. CDE's Power Board voted to increase monthly bills by $1.40. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports the rate is expected to go into effect in about a month. The new channels will begin airing next week and include Nick, Jr. and MTV2, as well as the NFL Network coming mid-next month.
