Paducah, KY – A second water main break in Paducah slowed traffic on Lone Oak Road yesterday. Paducah Water says the combination of old pipes and extreme temperatures are to blame. It's the same cause of what burst a main line on Broadway over the weekend. Area customers tell WPSD-TV after a slight disruption earlier yesterday their water was turned back on in the afternoon.
