Clarksville, TN – Overnight drivers can expect can expect heavy traffic delays in Clarksville as crews close lanes across the Lynnwood Tarpley Bridge over the Red River at College Street and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Lane closures begin at 8:00 this evening, lasting until 6:00 Saturday morning. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports crews will be using large cranes to lift 12 steel bridge beams weighing over 32 tons each.
