Owensboro, KY – The identities of four people who died in a fire this morning in Owensboro have been released. The Messenger-Inquirer reports Wendy Devine and her two children 2-year-old Ryan Devine and 3-year-old Jerry Devine died. Wendy Devine's father, Jerry Marsh also died. The blaze was reported just before nine this morning, and it continued to burn for more than two hours after that. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
