Nashville, TN – An anonymous Nashville server has filed a complaint with the state claiming that a new law allowing guns in bars creates an unsafe workplace. The state legislature passed the law this year. An earlier law tried to limit guns to establishments that primarily sold food but was struck down as unconstitutionally vague. The Tennessean reports the complaint alleges the law violates Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. A federal lawsuit is possible if the complaint is unsuccessful.
