Fort Meade, VA – An Army doctor charged with disobeying a Fort Campbell deployment order because he doubts President Barack Obama's credentials as commander in chief is asking a military judge for access to the president's school and college records. Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin is also expected to request a subpoena during a hearing today to depose the Hawaii state custodian of Obama's birth records. Lakin is charged with five offenses for allegedly disobeying orders to deploy to Afghanistan last spring. He posted a video on YouTube telling why he chose to disobey orders he says are illegal. He says he wants to see the president's birth certificate as proof Obama is his commander in chief.
