Elkton, KY – A 3-year-old Trenton boy is in critical but stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville following an over the weekend accident involving a car and a horse buggy on Kentucky's US-68. State Police say 49-year-old Kay Dixon hit the buggy from behind and tells police she didn't see it. The buggy's drivers Elmer and Lucy Martin were also hospitalized. Dixon and her passengers were uninjured.
