Todd County, KY – An Olmstead man is in custody on assault and burglary charges over the weekend after State Police say he stabbed a man after being discovered breaking into vehicles. Police accuse 28-year-old Charles Mayes of several theft charges and for hospitalizing 18-year-old Zachariah Farlow. Police say Farlow and another man chased Mayes from a Todd County parking garage in an attempt to subdue him when the stabbing occurred.
