Clarksville, TN – Montgomery County, Tennessee commissioners will vote next week on whether to fund building a new terminal at the Regional Airport. Authority Chairman Ron Whitford yesterday updated commissioners on recent improvements at the airfield and appealed for improving the communities' image by upgrading the terminal. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports Whitford also noted without a new terminal, the airport's long-term goal of bringing a regional air carrier service to Clarksville will not happen.
