Paducah, KY – A Paducah woman is in custody on drug trafficking charges after police say she sold crack cocaine to a confidential source. Detectives say they observed 23-year-old Shelitha Deberry make the drug transaction near North 12th Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard. Deberry's one-year-old child was in her car at the time.
