Clarksville, TN – A homeless Clarksville man is charged with robbing a bank yesterday and police say he attempted to use a cab ride as his getaway. Police allege 25-year-old Vincent John Puccia used a BB-gun which resembled a real firearm to rob Legends Bank on Madison Street. Police contacted the cab company with Puccia's description and were able to arrive at his destination on Riverside Drive before he did. No one was injured in the incident.
