Hopkins County, KY – A Hopkins County man is in custody and four children are in state care after the discovery of what police are calling a large-scale meth lab operation. 28-year-old Noah Littlepage faces multiple manufacturing, possession and child endangerment charges after police discovered the lab at his Hanson Road residence.
