Christian County, KY – A Paducah woman died and others were injured in an I-24 car wreck in Christian County Thursday. 50-year-old Verna Powell died at the scene and her son 31-year-old William Powell is hospitalized in critical condition. Police say the Powell's car was hit by an oncoming vehicle that lost control and crossed the median.
