Frankfort, KY – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear ordered all flags at state office buildings to fly at half-staff tomorrow in honor of Fort Campbell Staff Sergeant Joshua Powell's death in Afghanistan. 25-year-old Powell of Pleasant Plains, Illinois died in a helicopter crash last week in the Zabul province. He was part of the 101st Airborne Division.
