Benton, KY – A Benton man faces a DUI murder charge after a fatal weekend wreck. 32-year-old Brad Chandler is in police custody after being released from the Marshall County Hospital. His passenger 32-year-old Charlie Chancellor was killed after their pickup truck hit a tree on Benton-Briensburg Road. Police say they found several beer cans among the wreckage.
