Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville man wanted on reckless homicide charges turned himself into police yesterday. 18-year-old Cleo Gadson was allegedly showing off a handgun to several people when it discharged a round striking a 14-year-old girl in the head. Public Information Officer Jim Knoll says Gadson is being held without bond.
