Guthrie, KY – Charges may be filed following an incident Wednesday afternoon that killed a Todd County child. A six-year-old was operating farm machinery at a family farm, with three passengers in the front bucket of the front-end loader. One passenger, a two-year-old, fell out and was killed when the machinery hit a bump. The other passengers were a seven-year-old and an unidentified 18-year-old. The Kentucky State Police are investigating the incident. KSP Spokesman Stu Recke says charges are possible against the victim's parents.
