Calloway County, KY – A Murray State student has died in a car wreck in Calloway County over the weekend. 18-year-old Thomas McGurk of Medina, Ohio was killed in a head-on collision on Robertson Road Saturday night. Kentucky State Police investigators say McGurk's car crossed into the path of an SUV. Calloway County Coroner Rick Harris pronounced McGurk dead at the scene. He was found to have not been wearing a seat belt.
