Benton, KY – Cleaver Construction of Murray will contract to build the new Marshall County Health Department. The fiscal court awarded the bid to Cleaver today during their regular meeting. Judge Executive Mike Miller says it was the second lowest bid, and came in under the estimated cost of four million. The new location is expected to open in 2012.
