Benton, KY – The case against a Benton man accused of a DUI murder will go to a Marshall County grand jury later this month. District Judge Jack Telle yesterday forwarded the case against 32-year-old Brad Chandler along to a grand jury. The Paducah Sun reports Chandler was the driver in a single-vehicle wreck on Benton-Briensburg Road that killed his passenger 32-year old Charlie Chancellor.
