Paducah, KY – Paducah city commissioners will vote next week on keeping the current real estate and personal property tax rates the same for fiscal year 2011. The real estate tax rate is proposed to remain at 25 cents per $100 of assessed value for a fourth year in a row. The ordinance also outlines what homes will pay within the Paducah Independent School System, which is seeing a rate increase this year of about 5% over last year.
