USW representatives answer Honeywell allegations in court

Metropolis, IL – Representatives of the United Steel Workers union are in court today to answers allegations from Honeywell Corporation. In late September, the company took out a restraining order against the Local 7-669 union for acts of vandalism and threats against temporary employees. Honeywell officials allege the union has not abided by the restraining order. Around 220 locked out employees have been picketing outside Honeywell's nuclear fuel plant in Metropolis since late June.
