Marshall County, KY – A single-engine plane made an emergency landing on Kentucky highway 80 in Marshall County yesterday. Pilot David Allen of Dickson, Tennessee says the plane's engine stalled when he began descending toward Kentucky Dam State Park Airport. An airplane mechanic conducted an on-scene check but was unable to find anything wrong and Allen took off again from the highway and returned home safely.
