Paducah, KY – Paducah's new city manager will begin work on December 7th. Jeff Pederson signed his new contract with the city this morning. The current City Administrator for Grand Island, Nebraska signed his new contract as part of a two-day visit to the area. Pederson's contract is a one year, 135-thousand-dollar agreement with an automatic renewal. Pederson can negotiate a salary increase after his first year.
