Murray, KY – A Murray man is set to serve 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to second degree manslaughter. In a sentencing hearing today (Tuesday) 30-year-old Timothy Adams was order to serve 12 years in connection to the murder of Carl Douglas McGowan. Another man charged in the case wants to withdraw his guilty plea and seek a jury trial. 28-year-old Michael Lynch is charged with murder. Lynch appears in court November 8th for the ruling on his plea withdraw.
