Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating the scene of homicide where they say the victim was dragged from a home by multiple suspects and gunned down on Elder Street. Public Information Officer Jim Knoll says investigators believe the incident was not a random act of violence and the suspects and victim had some kind of relationship. The victim, an African-American man in his 30's, has yet to be identified pending family notification. No arrests have yet to be made and the investigation continues.
