Murray, Ky. – Calloway County ranks third among Kentucky's 120 counties for general health and longevity. This is according a national County Health Rankings Survey released by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin. Only Boone and Oldham counties topped Calloway in health outcomes. Kentucky counties in our region that made the top 25 include Lyon County at 18th and Carlisle County, 25th. At 21st, Weakley County was the only northwest Tennessee county to rank in the top 25.
