Paris, TN – A Woodlawn, Tennessee man found guilty of vehicular homicide in a Paris Landing boating accident this summer will be sentenced next month. A Henry County jury last week found 38-year-old David Ray Phelps guilty in the July death of Sandra Adams of Murfreesboro. The Paris Post Intelligencer reports jurors also found Phelps guilty of aggravated assault, reckless or negligent operation of a motorboat, and boating under the influence.
