Fulton, KY – Unofficial reports show a Fulton, Kentucky woman no stranger to serving as Mayor will take the seat again. Elaine Forrester defeated incumbent Mayor Dan Voegeli (Voh-guh-lee) by 7 votes. Voegeli has been mayor since 2009. Forrester previously held the position from 1993-2002 and again in 2008.
