Clarksville, TN – Montgomery County, Tennessee commissioners will vote next week on whether or not to pay additional funds to help alleviate a massive caseload in the county's juvenile court. General Sessions and Juvenile Court judges Ray Grimes and Ken Goble along with Juvenile Court Administrator Larry Ross requested over $80,000 to create two new positions and remodel a courtroom. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports about 15,000 cases come through the juvenile system each year.
