Graves County, KY – A Fancy Farm man is in custody on kidnapping, assault and sodomy charges. Kentucky State Police arrested 25-year-old James Burd early Saturday morning. He's in custody at the Graves County Jail. Police have yet to release any further details about the incident leading to his arrest, but say the investigation is ongoing.
