Murray, KY – An emergency response drill tomorrow at oil pipeline company TransMontaigne in Paducah shouldn't hinder traffic in the area. But Paducah city officials warn motorists on South 3rd Street to proceed with caution while the company holds a drill to cover potential emergencies associated with management of hazardous chemicals. The drill will be at TransMontaigne's storage facility on Elizabeth Street and is expected to conclude by noon.
