Grand Rivers, KY – A Grand Rivers woman is under arrest after Kentucky State Police found her 15-month-old son walking near Depot Street. Officers arrested 31-year-old Crystal Cantrell after a caller this morning reported a child wandering in the street. Cantrell is charged with wanton endangerment in the 1st degree and is lodged at the McCracken County Jail. Police say Cantrell also has outstanding warrants from neighboring counties.
