Wickliffe, KY – Police have captured two Ballard County Detention Center escapees hours after they went missing. Zachery Griggs and William Cameron Vance were arrested in Cairo, Illinois. Kentucky State Police spokesman Dean Patterson tells WPSD-TV the two men escaped from the center's outdoor recreation area in Wickliffe just before noon.
