Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky attorney general's office will today determine which counties will receive post-election audits. The counties are determined in a public drawing to be held this afternoon in Frankfort. Under state law, audits are to be conducted in at least 5% of counties after each primary and general election. The audits are used to determine whether any irregularities may have occurred in the election process.
